We understand how important it is to cater to your child’s individual needs. With Meal Manager, it’s easy!
Just let us know about any allergies or special diets in the allergen section on Meal Manager, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our head cook prepares each meal with care, and your child will wear a white band so our team knows to be extra attentive.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancel Meals by 9am on Thursday for a refund.
To help us prepare fresh ingredients and minimise food waste, please let us know by 9am on the Thursday before the week of the meal if you need to cancel. You can cancel by email or phone, and we’ll issue a refund if you cancel before the deadline.
