How Far In Advance Can I Order?

It depends on when Meal Manager opens for each term. Here’s how it works:

  • Meal Manager Opening: Meal Manager opens one to two weeks before the end of each half term, allowing you to order meals for the following half term.
  • Notification: We’ll send you an email when Meal Manager is open for ordering. We also keep your school updated so they can share this information through their usual communication channels.
  • Ordering Deadline: The deadline to order from the full menu is 9:00 am on the Thursday before the week the meals start. We accommodate a late orders system from a reduced menu.
  • Keep an eye on your inbox: Watch for our email announcing the opening of Meal Manager.

We encourage you to order as soon as Meal Manager opens to secure your child’s meal choices!

Forgot to order? No Problem!

Order your child’s meal through Meal Manager before 9am on the day, even if you miss the deadline. Our limited late order menu caters to all allergy requirements. It’s quick, easy, and perfect for busy mornings.

Ordering

Yes, you can order between 1 and 5 meals per week on any days you choose.

We currently do not provide Halal-certified meals in any of our schools. However, we ensure that there are always suitable meal options available for children who follow a Halal diet.

  • Mondays: All four meal options are vegetarian and contain no meat products.
  • Tuesdays to Friday: Each day includes at least two vegetarian or non-meat options to accommodate children who cannot consume non-Halal meat.

Our aim is to provide inclusive meal choices that meet a variety of dietary needs. If you have specific concerns or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to contact your school office.

Yes, you can register and order through Meal Manager at any time.
Yes, you can place a late order before 9:00 am on the day you need the meal.

Cancellations and Refunds

To avoid food waste, please cancel by 9:00 am on the Thursday before the week of the meal.
Yes, if you notify us by 9:00 am on the Thursday before the absence.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for closures due to unforeseen circumstances including

  • bad weather
  • strikes
  • pandemics
  • heating failure
  • water supply issues
  • forced school closures

This is because we order fresh ingredients based on your orders.

School Trips

We offer a packed lunch option for school trip days, which you can select in Meal Manager. Please note that we don’t provide drinks.

Payments

Yes, you can pay securely online through Meal Manager.
